Berry Mint Lemonade Recipe With Gaia Herbs Maca Powder

Your taste buds get a healthy workout with this recipe. The flavors of mint, citrus and berries combine in every sip.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of Gaia Herbs Maca Powder*
  • 1 1/2 apples, cored and sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 bulb fennel, core and fronds removed
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation:

  1. Thoroughly blend all ingredients except ice.
  2. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

*This recipe yields 2 smoothies. One Smoothie provides the suggested daily serving of 1 tsp. of Gaia Herbs Maca Powder.
