Festive Herbal Mocktails for the New Year

Ring in the new year with these festive mocktails, each of which features an herbal twist on a classic cocktail. Enjoy them at the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve-or any evening that needs to feel a bit more festive.

Elderberry Spritzer

For immune support* Servings: 1

Elderberry spritzer

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. seltzer
  • 1 teaspoon Gaia Herbs Black Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon muddled blackberries or blueberries (optional)
  • 1 mint sprig, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients (except for berries and mint sprig) to a glass and stir until combined.
  2. Add berries and top with mint and serve.

Kava Colada

To support calm and relaxation* Servings: 2

Kava Kava Colada

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 dropperful (30 drops) Gaia Herbs Kava Root Liquid Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch sea salt ice (optional)
  • coconut sugar for glass rim (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and serve.

Ginseng Ginger-Lime Moscow Mule

For healthy energy and stamina* Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir. Pour over ice in 2 glasses.

Honey Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and then add water.
  2. Stir until combined and let cool. Makes 1/4 cup.
