Pumpkin Chia Pudding Recipe with Gaia Herbs TurmericBoost Restore

Pumpkin and Chia Seeds make this pudding more than just a boost, but a fall treat too!

Serves 2


  • 2 cups plain almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 serving TurmericBoost Restore
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients together and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the pudding thickens.
  2. Serve topped with nuts for a delicious fall snack!
