Wow! Just was diagnosed with PCOS. I began having had terrible night sweats every night which I’m unsure had to do with the hormone imbalance. I stopped having a period for two months. After discovering and taking this herb, I got my period within two weeks and have been more regulated since. Night sweats completely stopped as well. I’ve heard mixed reviews on whether to use this daily or use this up until you period and take a break, so I’m a bit confused on what’s the right thing to do, but I have chose to take these daily without a break, as the results are profound regardless. Worth trying! I will most likely continue this herb for years to come . Thank you!
